Australiana

There isn’t a challenge for Saturdays so we asked MollyMay’s husband, Glyn, to think of one for us. He came up with ‘Australiana’. 

I wasn’t sure it was a real word but Wikipedia says it is:
Australiana is a term denoting items, people, places, flora, fauna and events of Australian origins. Anything pertaining to Australian culture, society, geography and ecology can fall under the term Australiana, especially if it is endemic to Australia. 

We drove up into the hills outside the city to look at one of the big dams that provide water for the city. We walked into the bush that surrounds the reservoir. 

This is a piece of typically Australian bushland.
