A felled tree

Firstly, I should like to thank all the new subscribers to my journal . I seemed to have gathered quite a few while I was in Ireland last week. I apologise for not yet having thanked you personally, but I will as soon as I can.

Why is it I rarely come home with what I went out for?? I was looking for some Autumn colour. I think this counts!! I found this felled tree in Chatsworth Park. I can only assume it was diseased/dangerous.
