Bella

Paddington and Baloo went for their first clicker training class this morning... Baloo enjoyed it thoroughly and did so well. Paddington, on the other hand, was totally ADHD: He is not generally a barker, but he never stopped barking throughout the entire hour's lesson and, to make matters worse, he displayed aggression towards the trainer's assistent! He is such a soft soul and is very well socialised, but he didn't seem to take well to the enclosed / restrained training milieu and started acting out of character, so I've got a LOT of work to do...

Friends of ours came over for a braai this afternoon and brought their 10 months old Jack Russel, Bella, with them. She is a ball of energy and ran Baloo off his feet (Paddington lost interest fairly early on and spent the afternoon napping under the table). Baloo and Bella were competing for the "Nutter of the Afternoon" prize... I think it might have ended in a draw:)

Baloo has ditched his "Collar of Shame" and stopped licking around 3pm yesterday afternoon. The little boy is doing well and life is, once again, back to normal... Well, for the time being at least!
