Blood Swept Lands and Seas Of Red

While we were in central London today visiting a new pain clinic (this time at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital), we caught the tube to the Tower of London to view the installation of poppies which remember the start of the Great War, 100 years ago.

It is something to behold and to think that more ceramic poppies are being laid/planted each day until November 11th, each representing a life lost, is incredible and astounding.
