Toddler level 8

Sad day for our swimming today as we finished the final “toddler level” of Turtle Tots swimming and we were the only ones in our class who signed up to continue to carry on to “Big Swimmers”. Inevitably the teacher had to cancel our class.

In order to carry on swimming we are repeating this level again, starting next Monday in a different pool and at a time that isn’t ideal for us but we’ll try to make it work. L isn’t ready for independent lessons yet so we’re glad to be carrying on in some way with our much loved teacher.

During the course of this level L has been getting to grips with laying on her back in the water. She is starting to be able to lay more flat, rather than stick her legs up at right angles towards the ceiling! She continues to absolutely love being in the water and giggles and grins her way through every lesson. So do I!
