Blustery Day for a bride.
One street 28
Poor A, what a day for a wedding!
A busy day today as we have two pantomime performances ( Corinthian Column). I set off early for the matinee as I knew A. was getting married at 1.00pm. It was foul all morning and although the rain had eased a bit, the wind hadn't really abated at all as the bride arrived.
I was trying to shelter on the vestry steps which was quite a way away but loved how the veil here is billowing out in the wind, she had quite a long train too and it was taking a bit of a managing up the path into the church.
A. went to school with my daughter Grace and almost exactly 6 months ago in August she did her wedding hair for her and then watched the wedding outside the church. So I wanted to return the gesture.
I know they will have a fabulous day as we did and the weather won't matter at all.
A very happy marriage A and L!
