Ready for the off!

No, not the London Marathon but a group of us doing walk 3 of the Millennium Way Circular Walks. (Bradford Millennium Way)

There were 12 people and two dogs meeting here on the Harden and Bingley Caravan Park at Goit Stock ready to start. You can see 8 of us here, 3/4 of whom are our regular ladies who walk in the mornings and we had sundry husbands accompanying us today one of whom is behind me with a dog as I took the picture as Buster was carrying a stick too big to get on the bridge! Unfortunately C (Corinthian Column) and husband R who have organised these Sunday morning walks are out of sight right at the back of everyone.

We shouldn't have been there at all, we had originally planned to stay another night in Bristol and having returned early we should have been in church but as no one was expecting us we chose to abscond!

It was a lovely blowy morning and we met some interesting friends on the way - see Corinthian - the walk is said to be 6.5 miles but from door to door it was 8 miles so we are putting our feet up now.
