Oranges and lemons

I loved the citrus smell of these strings and when I admired the colour I heard from the stallholder how he managed to retain the colour. He told me at length all the different fruits that are included and then I took their photo. And then I went away without buying one! Well, I ask you, what would you do with it? (Don't answer that!)
They were on a stall at the Christmas fair at Loseley Park. I did buy a few Christmas bits and Normous bought four jars of chutney. Afterwards we had an excellent but expensive pub lunch.
