Dead Tree

Came home to a couple of branches down, not off this tree and not causing any damage, but this tree definitely needs dealing with. If it falls towards our house it won't reach, if it falls towards the neighbours it will!

All trees in our area are under Tree Preservation Orders, so I suppose I'll need approval to cut it down. Think I might lop it off at about fifteen feet and leave the woodpeckers something to play with. The felling should make a good blip if I survive.
