Isn't she a beauty?

Staying close to home today because our car has a fuel leak. Wondering what I could blip and then as I walked down to the local shop there she was! A Rolls Royce 1937 short chassis limousine , Park Ward bodied (according to my husband) and owned by a near neighbour and fellow dog walker. It is used as a wedding car (by our family twice), so she is still a working vehicle which is just as it should be. My husband has actually driven her to his great delight.

p.s. Many years ago the owner's daughter rescued a wee mongrel , Chloe,from the pound. We were often amused to see Chloe sitting as proud as Punch in the front seat of the Rolls. Talk about rags to riches!!!!
