Backblip  and take a look larger,, it really is better.

This morning we had an amazing presenter, Antonia Steeg.  She came out from Germany in 2005 and made her home in Christchurch.  She has a passion for the High Country and spent three years preparing her book of images, poems, quotes from various South Island high country stations.  Made a purchase :)


This afternoon we went out to Balmoral Station.....I didn't get out till much later as we had to set up the hall for the dinner in the evening.  But I got there and took a few pictures.  I've chosen this one from many quite similar.

The dinner was great, we were crammed in like sardines and had tables out on the big terraces outside.  This obviously wasn't ideal but was the best we could do under the restricted size of the hall and too many attendees.
