Blipped this scene on the Wellington waterfront as the fancy dress crowds stagger their way to Westpac Stadium for day 2 of the IRB Rugby 7s Tournament - the 2 years I went, we were dressed up as The Judean People's Font and M*A*S*H. 2 kids kind of stop me from going these days - maybe next year?!?! Aye right....
