Starry Puffer

One of the great things about Dahab is the sites were you head out in the morning, stake your claim to a space in a restaurant on the beach and then just wander down the beach into the water for a dive. Then back out to the restaurant for lunch, then back in... All very chilled and laid back.

The sites today were "down south", a 30 minute drive down the coast from Dahab. There are some great reefs here, and lots of life. This fish is a Starry Puffer, a type of pufferfish. It's a bit over 2 feet long and it's just lying on the bottom resting here, showing off its fearsome teeth. Usually they look so cute when they're swimming too!
