Idyllic

We're done with diving now, and today we said goodbye to Key West and headed back up the keys towards the mainland. This is just one of the hundreds of beautiful views we got along the way, stopping at an idyllic little beach.

Back on the mainland, we headed up on the old road through the Evergldes, known as the "Tamiami Trail" as it runs from Tampa to Miami. Quite a change of scene driving through swampy jungly forresty stuff! We only stopped once, and when we did we saw a large group of alligators basking in the sun... Amazing!
