Mexican!

Today we went for a cookery class at Lucy Cooks in the Lake District - a Christmas gift from MrsCyclops parents to the two of us. It was a mexican food session, and here you can see a tortilla soup, some bean and potato salad and two taquitos, all of which I made this morning.

We went once before just over a year ago and as today, had a great time. Exactly a year ago today we were diving in Egypt...
