Expensive
I'm hoping it won't be expensive as we allegedly have full cover under our British Gas HomeCare agreement. It currently seems it may be "everything except this". Words will be had.
What IS certain is the British Gas have made statements that are untrue including "the manufaturer has shut down" and "there are no equivalent products on the UK market - you need a whole new system". Gledhill seemed surprised to hear they were out of business, and was very happy to recommend the product that replaces this one... I dislike being misled whether intentionally or otherwise...
