Football Sea Squirt

Two lovely dives in great conditions, a trip to see the Corryvreckan, and lunch at a beautiful beach on Jura.

This is a Football Sea Squirt from  our first dive at Ardnoe point.  I got lots of good photos, but I've chosen this once because these freatures fascinate me.  The white line running along the length of each colony member is an extremely primitive precursor to the spinal cord so important to all vertebrate life.
