Choices

The Strepsils aren't that effective - my throat is still really sore after sucking them.

The spray I purchased in the hope of some relief is the work of the devil however.  Bottled fire.   It appears to work by causing immediate pain so great that you don't notice the original pain as the burning and gagging subsides.  Hideous AND ineffective.

I'll be sticking with the strepsils for now...
