Evening stroll

Things went well with the client this afternoon. We still need to wait for final signoff by the auditors on the financial figures, and there are one or two minor textual changes to be made, but we've definitely reached the home straight. I'd been up since 6.30 again, anxious to get a couple more proofs out before our meeting, so I grabbed a nap when I got back. It had been a pet of a day, and it was still very pleasant when I rushed out around 8.00 pm to catch a blip. St Anne's Park, one of my favourite haunts, was still busy with walkers and dog lovers, and the long shadows looked really well among the trees. I took a few. This was my favourite.
