Partly laid-back Saturday

My turn to host the music session today. Despite best intentions to get stuck into preparations last night, once again I'd left myself with too much to do this morning -- tidying, dusting, hoovering, furniture rearranging, biscuit purchasing, coffee making... So I'd barely got my act together when the first people arrived. Despite the flap, all went well, the selection of music was nicely varied, and everyone was in good form.

After a refreshing pint in the local pub I returned home to tidy up again and do the wash-up before wending my way across the city to Carl's place for a wonderfully enjoyable evening of food, drink, telly, chat and a late-night showing of the latest Harry Potter movie in Carl's Kino.

The blip? Just a garage door I spotted while on my biscuit-buying mission.
