Annual quiz

A music tradition is that Bernard, one of the group, puts together a quiz each year. This usually happens in December, but had to be postponed this year because of the snow and re-scheduled for today. We have the music session as usual, and then continue on to the quiz, split into teams of two. It's all good fun, but Bernard goes to a lot of trouble outting the questions together and organising prizes, efforts which too many tend to take for granted.

The quiz was followed by the equaly traditional festive fare (though not so festive this year because of the postponement), to which friends and partners are invited. This shot of one of the party arrivals sums up the rather inebriated atmosphere of the after-event (a pity about the flash shadow).
