Doors

Big Day. Up at 5.30, on a plane at 6.55, in Auckland at 8.15. A very interesting meeting, that may determine some future direction for the company.

And, then off to the main mission, to retrieve some doors we bought yesterday on TradeMe for the new office. $10 000 worth of meeting room dividers, bought for $500 cash, and $250 shipping to Christchurch. Bargain. But, it was a mission. My brother-in-law and I took 4 hours to retrieve them, down 4 stories, around 90kg per door, and narrow stairs. Hard work! Here they being dropped off for transport - what a relief.

Anyway, done, and left Auckland at 3, enroute to pick up a kayak at Mt Manganui (don't ask), and then finally to Rotorua. I was going to then do a night ride in the first, but seriously, that was a big enough day. So, wine, Thai food, and a movie it was.
