Mediterranean style but yellow stickered

These little flats look very attractive, but sadly they have been yellow stickered, as you can see from the sign on the doors.

According to the stickers they are only allowed to be entered for short periods for essential activities, but it looks to me as if people are still living in them, or at least some of them.

I love the colours and I hope they won't be demolished.
