Aptek Kelso Crawler 10km

A nice 10km run round the grounds of floors castle today, finished in 55mins. Why is it that during a race u feel like u cant go any faster but as soon as u stop and feel fine u wish u had pushed more... oh well. The next one will be faster hopefully. Mairi and Kirsty boarded a plane to NewZealand this morning at 5am, which takes 24 hours to get there so they will check in at 5am tomorrow I suppose.
