Sunday: A Goatee and A Booknerd

Have had a most pleasant afternoon at Goatee Towers, celebrating (albeit slightly belatedly) Goatee Booknerd's birthday.

And, layeez and genelmen, withoout further ado, may I introduce Goatee Booknerd.  He won't tell you himself so I will tell you - Goatee is a very special chap.  He is one of life's true gentlemen and he, and his Lovely Other Half, are very good friends to K. and I.  We met in our local pub about four years ago and have been firm friends ever since.

I won't embarass him further but there aren't many like Goatee - knowledgeable, kind and funny!  Although K. and I are really looking forward to new adventures next year, saying goodbye to Goatee and Lovely Other Half is going to suck big time.
