At 8.30 the hospital called and asked Bruce back for a physio session at 11am. Wow!

Back to the hospital for physio and throwing away of the sling so he is forced to use the arm as much as possible.

Looks like the bruising is coming through now

He'll be fine for next camp in 2 weeks and then Scottish trials in September
