Pink Eggs

These are no ordinary Eggs. Besides their color, do not be fooled. They are not eggs ready for Easter!

They are preserved eggs. Inside the white is actually black and the yolk is brownish. They taste like egg. They fry them and put it a dish with holy basil. It's actually a chinese invention that has made its way to Thailand.
