Random Kite Surfer

Today, the wind was blowing around like mad, not the nicest looking weather to go out in, but because it was such a miserable wet day yesterday and we didn't get out for our daily walk, I felt we just needed to force ourselves to get out there and deal with it. Once out it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it never is!

We had seen a bright yellow kite in the distance so thought it might be quite cool to get a closer look, once closer, we realised it wasn't just a kite flying in the wind with someone at the other end steering it, it was someone in a wet suit with a mini version of a surf board and he was in the sea surfing,(Brrrrrrrr).

Tried to catch this surfer in mid-air twirling and turning, but I think I need a fancy camera for that with a quicker shutter speed.
