Mini Melon Surprise

After some saucy tickling with a paintbrush, I have a little melon starting to grow. It has doubled in size over a couple of days. This lant was grown from a seed saved from a melon I ate (and have forgotten the variety) so I have no idea what the final product will look like - hence the surprise bit.

Yes, those stems are as prickly as they look... *sucks finger*
