First Day at School

When I did this it was thirty odd years ago, I stood wearing flares and an elasticated bright red tie holding hands with my sister who is three years my senior.

Today it was Sophie's turn.... New Shoes, big school jumper, t-shirt, dress, bag and more. She's stood next to Norman for some moral support.

'See you when I get home from School' she says before Mum and I take her for day number one....

11 to 13 years from now, it'll be over.
