Rainy day

Today it rained. We had every kind of rain imaginable for the whole day.
Cameron was at holiday club in the morning and Andrew and I just about managed to fill 2 hours wandering round the Fleet shops.

This afternoon it was still raining and Cameron was getting bored entertaining himself so I thought I'd better do some parenting. We got out the old Argos catalogue, drew a big house and filled it with stuff. Can you believe Argos sell EVERYTHING needed to kit out a house. Even fitted kitchens. The only thing they don't sell is clothes (except fancy dress and pjs) and food.

I was just going to get out the paper and give them scissors and glue but Cameron remembered doing this with Granny last summer and wanted to do it again. So here it is. Loft, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. Very similar layout to our house but ours has a converted loft rather than somewhere to put all the old baby stuff and an extra bedroom.

Shame I can't do the view it large so you can actually see what's in it.
