Day nine: joy

This is my cat Puck. She is almost 16 years old, which seems amazing to me that she is that old. She is certainly old and arthritic, but she has lately started to play more. Shooing pieces of paper around the floor. In this moment, she rolled on her back to play patty-cake around the chair bars. I just had my camera out and was able to catch this moment. A moment of play and joy.

I need to soak in and relish these moments more. Moments when I see others enjoying something and moments when I enjoy and have joy, too. Joy is contagious. Thanks, Puck, for the sparkle of joy :)
