Ladies only

After the emotional rollercoaster that was today, thought that an evening swim would do me some good.
But you see the bathing shelter is for ladies only.
Did not go for the swim after all.
Because I was discriminated against.
Nothing to do with my fear of dying from hypothermia.
Or from pollution,
Or giant jelly-fish,
Or lost hungry orcas.
If I try very hard, I can imagine all the ladies huddled together, in their 50s bathing costumes, trying to keep warm, behind the walls of the ladies bathing shelter.

I'd better go back to my lady, make sure that she's OK.
