Skip!

Max has decided to skip a 1000 times a day and has ordered a pro boxing skipping rope for himself, Gulliver is pretty keen too and can skip 11 times without tripping having practiced since the weekend, I had a go and managed 2 in a row and hurt my knee ;-)

Zebedee had a positive day at his new school yesterday, thanks to all of you who commented on my picture so supportively, he was enthusiastic about his new work book/planner and also made a new friend called Daniel. Although he is apparently the only person in the whole School with a Blazer he seemed keen to wear it again today and said it was good to stand out, his little bit of rebellion is wearing odd socks ;-)
When we picked him up I saw about 4 kids light up a fag as they exited the school gates, I'm sure we used to wait till we were well away from the School! Secondary School sure is a different world! Zebedee's main complaint is that the toilet isn't marked, was really hard to find and stinks! I reassured him that there must be more than one and that it's ok to ask where things are! When they were having lunch some older girls came over and knicked someone's biscuit and ran off laughing, nice.... I just hope Z keeps his nose clean and gets in with a good group of people... I was awake at 5.30 worrying about all this and hoping we've made the right choice.....
