Flying West

I've had a good day today!

I got lots of work done and we had a lifeboat shout this afternoon. There were 2 of us on the boat and we helped a kite surfer who was in trouble.

I was quite hyped up when I got home from the adrenaline rush and so now I am feeling really tired!

On the way to lifeboat training tonight I spotted a flock of birds (I'm guessing geese?) heading west - maybe they will turn south later!
