Only a matter of time

I'll not go into many details here, but needless to say - certain happenings local to where I live have meant it was only a matter of time until an incident of flooding occurred.

Both us and Craig next door have a garage floor full of this skanky brown muck. It's fortunate that James has tomorrow off to go and pay a visit to the site foreman (maybe less fortunate for him!), laying the groundwork for the letters I will write shortly afterwards: It's not a big site, they really should be able to manage their surface water in some other way than storing it in my garage.

That's probably too much said already.
