War of the Roses

I came across a recipe for a cocktail about a month ago, and I've been wanting to make it into a cupcake ever since... I finally made Rose Martini cupcakes today. They turned out rather delicious, if I do say so myself.

I also had far too much fun piping the icing into a rose. Took me five cupcakes to make an icing rose that I was happy with (bit too much of a perfectionist sometimes).
