Grand Old Duke etc

Weather seemed good today so we grabbed our passports and popped over to Yorkshire.

I think its a sign of the financial climate but even york seemed a bit shabby around the edges, it always seemed a nice well of place to me but just seemed to be goign down market somehow.

Did however go to a really cool gallery that J9 had been recommended to introduce herself to so that was good. For some reason these days i seem to feel the need to have a reason to go somewhere, must get back to that 'just for the hell of it' mindset.
