OK so here begins our cycling holiday.
Got up at 3.30am, had breakfast in stages in Dundee - Edinburgh Airport - Krakow Airport, met the rest of the Exodus group who had flown from Edinburgh/Belfast/Bristol/Gatwick, and our leader Erik; all on the bus with a stop for lunch somewhere on the way, to Zuberec at the western end of the Tatras in Slovakia. Had a wander round the village with its mix of traditional and modern houses - this is one of the modern ones (the traditional ones are wood, as was our modern, comfortable and friendly hotel) - lots of them have geraniums in the windows.
