home on the range

8:30 this morning, just about to walk almost jog the weeWeir to nursery in her buggy.

It's a nice morning for a stroll, so on the way back, I noticed that the spiders webs on a particular part of the fence were all concurrent with the central, horizontal spar. Like the spiders couldn't make their home on the flatside if there wasn't something on the otherside. Quite odd.

The rest of the day was good fun. Got the start of some landscaping/garden work done, lifting some turf, levelling some ground and planting some lavender.

Later, once the weeWeir was back from nursery and had a little rest, we went retail-crazy. again. First part of Mrs theWeir's birthday gifts sorted though.

Those two things are unrelated.
