Cookie monster

Had a lovely day today in the kitchen surrounded by my cookbooks. Firstly i made a couple of apple crumbles ,and then a Shepherdess pie, which is a vegetarian dish packed with all manner of veggies and topped with mashed sweet potatoes (think i need to detox after the weekend!) Finally i made these pistachio and cranberry cookies from my Good Food Mag. I'll have to sample one shortly when they've cooled before possibly sharing them with my work colleagues tomorrow!
