A very unattractive blip here of the controversial new arts development in Colchester! I swear it has looked like this for well over a year and the grand opening keeps on getting put back and back!

I think the whole new 'Cultural Quarter' will really make the town a good place to visit and to live in so I definitely back it.

This blip was taken from the top deck of a bus with unclean windows unfortunately!

Had to backblip from yesterday, went for a friend's birthday dinner and got home far too late!
