The Birds!

I felt like I was part of the movie "The Birds" today while eating lunch at the beach. We are thoroughly enjoying all the gorgeous sunshine and beaches here in North Carolina. It's probably a good thing that we don't live near a beach because you wouldn't be able to ever get me off! I love the sound of the surf and soaking up the sun!

There was such a steady breeze that these birds seemed to just hover over us while we threw them food. It was fun to watch them catch the food in midair! But a little frightening, too.
