Our adventurous daughter!

Laura and I had a leisurely start to the day, then later in the morning went out shopping to get her one or two last minute things for her trip to Belize. The morning had been clear and sunny and we decided we would go walking at Rowe Woods after lunch. Unfortunately, while we were having lunch we were watching grey clouds move in, and by the time we left it had started raining, but the weather radar was showing it as being very localized, so we decided to go anyway, and sure enough, when we reached Rowe Woods it was dry and remained dry. We had a most enjoyable walk - it was really looking very picturesque with the fall colors and a carpet of fallen leaves underfoot. I got a few quite nice shots, but decided since Laura is leaving tomorrow, and we won't see her for over 9 weeks, she had to be my blip for the day! Bon voyage Laura - I hope you have a wonderful experience student teaching in Belize! We'll miss you!
