a relic of the past...

this windmill has been standing on our farm since my mother moved here as a child. It was badly damaged in a very winterstorm and hasn't been fixed yet.

I think it looks better now, the damage adds character to it's structure.

Today was quite hectic I wrote my biology exam but even more important we celebrated ouma Helen's bday. I hope she will enjoys the rest of the year and receives all the good fortune in the world:)
