Historic 25th Street, Ogden, Utah

This mural appeared just this week on the building just west of the yarn shop. It has been vacant for several years. I'm not sure that Al Capone visiting 25th Street is something to brag about, but it's apparently our "claim to fame." 25th Street does have a very notorious history. Union Station is at the far west end of the street, and in earlier years it was stated that "you can get anything on 25th Street," and that was literally true. It even had a "red light alley."

This is only a part of the mural. It continues on, which I will blip later, and also a view of the entire building when I'm on the other side of the street. Lots of history and lots of fun.
