Alexandra the Great

My glamourous and wonderful sister ;-)
She is a brilliant cook and yesterday I cooked dinner for her for the first time! I am a late starter on the cooking front, I was never very interested in it and Max is really good at it so I've never got round to learning but over the last month I have discovered that I LOVE it!
I made Pork Kofka meatballs in Thai Red Curry sauce with rice, green beans and spinach, I also baked a lemon drizzle cake from my new Primrose bakery cookbook ;-)
It was lovely to make a meal for Alexandra, partner Jon and my niece Thea, Alexandra has made so many amazing meals for me and my family over the years I'm so glad I can finally join in!
