One from the heart
I feel quite at ease in a kitchen, but, having only started to cook regularly a couple of years ago, naturally there are still lots of dishes, tricks and techniques that I'm not familiar with.
So, tonight, together with three friends of mine, I started a five-session cooking course.
The dish I was responsible for was a light dessert: chocolate mousse, with "caramelized" (is that a word?) nuts and chocolate cookies, a bombastic piece of calories.
The heart was my personal touch.
