I love this picture but I was going to edit it and take away Erins rash, I tried retouching, black and white and several other options and nothing felt right. I think it was because she is beautiful just the way she is. She is smiling and proud about her first plaits in her hair and she is genuine in that smile rather than the forced "cheese" smile she seems to have adopted lately. To change this image of her to try and hide a part of who she is today surely would be sending her the wrong message. She doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. She will always be beautiful to me and anyone else who is worth her love.
