I hate it, I hate every minute of it. All 15 of them but after I feel bloody good.

Today saw the return to the treadmill and as you can see from the dust, it's been a while!!!

It's a start anyway.

Another rubbish day, poor May is not having much luck at the mo. she witnessed a dog getting run over this morning which according to the wife, wasn't a pretty sight. Hope she forgets quickly. We told her the dog went to the vets to get a plaster and was fine so fingers crossed.
